CHERRY BERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

2 cups Sensible Foods Cherry Berry

1/4 cup plain or low-fat yogurt

1/2 cup cherry juice or cranberry juice concentrate, thawed

1/2 teaspoon vanilla ice cubes

In a blender combine milk, yogurt, Sensible Foods Cherry Berry, juice concentrate, and vanilla. Add ice cubes and Sensible Foods Cherry Berry and blend.

VEGAN BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk

1 bananas (ripe, sliced)

2 cups  Sensible Foods Tropical and Fuji Apple Dried fruit

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsps chia seeds

1 tsp ground ginger

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend for about one full minute until cranberries and ice are well pureed.
