Dried Corn Pudding

1 c. dried SENSIBLEFOODS corn (ground fine in blender or grinder)

3 c. milk (hot) 2 tbsp. sugar

1 1/2 tsp. salt

2 eggs, beaten

1 tbsp. butter


Soak the dried corn for 1 hour in 2 cups of milk. Add the beaten eggs, salt, sugar and remainder of milk. Pour into greased casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir halfway through the baking time to make it set more evenly.
